I think @The Late Night Gourmet has a very interesting recipe for using blueberries in a savoury way.

Pancakes, waffles, crostata and muffins are at the top of my list.

How about dessert tacos for the kiddos. Fry up some tortillas, dust w cinnamon, fill them with (cinnamon) vanilla ice cream, blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream.

During the Summer, I add them to a bowl with sliced bananas And strawberries, and top it with sour cream or yogurt. A nice refreshing lunch..

All credit to @detroitdad for his excellent Blueberry BBQ Sauce...I make some adjustments (like replacing ketchup with fresh or canned tomatoes), but it's fundamentally the same thing. I generally have a jar of it available at any given time, and more in the freezer for when that jar is gone.
