How are you with dried apricots out of interest? The standard ones that are well apricot coloured used sulphites to keep the colour. Organic ones which are much darker in colour and sweeter are sulphite free.If you're still reading then thanks for bearing with me, my question is does anyone have any experience or knowledge of sulphites?
I’ve never noticed having a problem with them but I’ve know for a long time sulphites exacerbate my sons asthma so I’ve been buying the darker (usually harder) organic ones for years.How are you with dried apricots out of interest?
