Andouilette French a coarse-grained sausage made with pork intestines or chitterlings.

Yorky, I am just now drinking my first cup of coffee this AM, but I want some of that Pork.!!!! lol

Unfortunately I did not cook that. It was at a local restaurant. I have cooked grob before but it was a long time ago. Actually, mine wasn't too bad. I didn't deep fry it but "roasted" it in the oven.
