Here's another one: Samosa Omelette. Or, because of trouble I had getting it to hold together, it's probably more accurate to call it Samosa Crime Scene. But, it's very tasty. And, there are peas...lots of peas.

That will be next. I'm enjoying it so much on toast that it will probably be gone before I have a chance to make pasta. As you know, there are natural links between peas and pasta: no pressure, but I'm looking forward to a pasta entry with peas from you.

I already have in mind a couple of recipes with the peas...you're right: there are natural links between peas and pasta and, being Italian, pasta is my natural link..
