• I’ve added a casual chat room to CookingBites as a place for off-topic banter, light conversation, and short-lived chit-chat that doesn’t belong in forum threads. The chat room is informal and lightly-to-not moderated, with messages being temporary, so it’s ideal for friendly back-and-forth that would otherwise derail discussions. Site rules still apply, but there’s no reporting system or expectation of post-by-post moderation - if something becomes uncomfortable, the right response is to step away. If a topic has substance or lasting value, it still belongs in the forums; everything else can head to chat.

Thats very difficult to get here,
Sorry if you read it already, have you seen quinoa is allowed? As well as corn couscous (made from scratch). If you have polenta, that can get you corn couscous, if you are interested?

Jas provided a recipe...to aid my search of gluten free options.

I ended up finding/buying buckwheat couscous. Had I not found it, I might have gone with the corn one.

You do you, just splashing info😊

Not exactly a prime ingredient over here. Rice, corn, quinoa (from Perú) but couscous, no.

Wrong thread guys.

Yes, you are right. It was amazing to see the old challenge being written into, am aware, but for some reason it appeared in my New posts?
I get lost in threads and posts easily, sorry...
My wish was to encourage Badjak to participate with ingredients he has available😊
I too made the mistake of thinking badjak was a male but she corrected me, lol.
