I don't have a sweet tooth, but pure chocolate works in savoury dishes...Since we haven't had chocolate in a while or an ingredient this year that really leans toward sweets, let's go with chocolate/cacao. That way we can cover sweet and savory fully, since the darker chocolates especially, and definitely cacao, work well with savory dishes. Let's use bars or chips or disks or nibs or even cacao butter and skip the powders. Even though it technically isn't chocolate, white chocolate in the above forms is okay too.
