Your next challenge is to use milk as a significant ingredient in your recipe. Any kind of milk, so animal or vegetable based. I will also allow cream as that is a part of milk.
Closing date in 3 weeks as suggested, 22nd April.

Milk is very versatile - so a good choice. But how to make something original with milk? That's a challenge I'm setting myself.
