The CookingBites Recipe Challenge: Tahini

I'd like to pick almond nuts, and include in that the flour/meal form.

OK - I don't think we have had almonds before. Should be interesting! I'm assuming this includes almond milk...

You are all winners. Tahini was an "off the wall" ingredient. There were fewer participants and fewer recipes than other challenges but the imagination, creativity and pure genius demonstrated by the participants blew me away, You all make me proud to be a member of this family. I learn from you every day. My local family benefits from your creativity.

I thought tahini was a great ingredient, simply because I've only ever used it for one thing (hummus).

I had every intention of making another dish, but the vacation week off and a couple of other things conspired against that.

...and now I'm looking forward to almonds!
