I can find the pen tool. It gives me a dotted outline. Can't find the color, or thickness option or ANY options.
 
Isn't there a help/search option? You should be able to find instructions on how to use the various tools using that. My version is older and on an old computer I keep running because of an accounting program. I'll look later today since I need to invoice something. Haven't used the Corel software in years.
 
Well my neighbors' annoying dogs are barking up a storm (4 large breed dogs between two houses right behind me). Twice in the past week they got out and were in my backyard trying to get to the groundhog (without success) but they were digging around her hole and frantically barking and howling in total frenzied pack behavior. Quite honestly, I am a little afraid of those dogs and glad that there are no small children in our neighborhood. I would go and try to talk to these people but they are about as rednecky as it gets up here in the midwest and I have no idea how they would react (probably not well), so I might just have to call the sheriff it happens again.

Are there leash laws? Take videos/pictures and call cops and animal control. A pack of 4 large dogs whose owners let them run loose killed an older woman walking to work about an hour south of us recently.

I looked at my much, much older version. On mine, click on help, then there's a tabbed menu box, of which 1 tab is for searches. I typed in pen and there were answers on how to draw, change line thickness/type, and color.

Thanks for the heads-up on the idea to take photos and video. There has been an ongoing issue already with these dogs barking, but them getting out of their fenced enclosure is alarming. They are German Shepherd and Shepherd mix so the barking is very loud, deep, and disturbing, but not as disturbing as seeing them in my back yard. And I see where packs of domestic dogs attack people for no reason, including sometimes their owners or other family members.

I'll dig mine out, too. Curious to see if they are the same. We are French Canadian so our version may vary a little. I know up here it is called Nova Scotia Tomato Chow. I never knew that existed until just a few years ago. We always just called it chow.
