So sorry to hear

I hope it's nothing too serious
With my track record, somewhere down the line, I'm probably find I've broken at least 2 bones....
Last time I took a tumble up in the chook area, I tripped and fell towards a big rock. So I pushed myself away from it. It took me a while to get back to my feet. Whilst I was lying on the ground, one of the two chooks I was after tried to get between me and the electric fence, so I caught her and held her to my chest working out how on earth I was going to stand up.... then I proceeded to carry the chook back to the house, return to the chook enclosure, catch the second chook , back to the house (walking about 800m in the process) before going in to sit down and work out life. I did visit emergency 3 days later. That ended up with my right foot in a boot. But they never xrayed my knees or my left foot.
Fast forward 6 weeks and I had to go for more xrays, then several MRI scans. I had 2 nasty stress fractures at the top of both tibia where 1 side of the bit that sticks up would have sheared off if it went any further... I also had a stress fracture in my 3rd metatarsal on my left foot, and had several grade 3 tears of various soft tissue in my right ankle.
By the time things actually healed, the metatarsal fracture had broken and healed etc, 6 months had passed. It started in the January. It was august before i was up and around again and by October I needed a total hip replacement for a different reason, but the time off my feet had not done it any good...
So knowing my luck, I've probably done those darn tibia in again. My left ankle is still not happy, my leg wrist has already dislocated twice so far so it looks like that will need a support for a while during the day, add well as the nights. I have hyper mobility syndrome so my left wrist frequently dislocates.
And as always, I am probably walking on broken legs again. My hair is covered in something and stuck together (guessing herbal blackcurrant tea and coconut water). That will have to wait until tomorrow. I'm too tired and sore to shower and I don't think it will do me any good right now having a hot shower when I've just had cold compresses on me.
I'll see how I am in the morning. I know my current foot injury is hurting again (cuboid syndrome), so if my physio wants xrays on Monday, I'll get then done, but hopefully I'll just be covered in bruises and nothing more.
