The Happy Medium

I live with 5 other people so I cook for 6 every day. Two of us are diabetic, 1 is trying to lose weight, two have sensitive stomachs, and only one of us can eat anything. I have been trying all kinds of different ways to make it so that we can eat the same meals with little problems. I ended up having to lessen tomato based recipes, turn to lactose free milk (hidden in a regular milk jug), eliminate cooked carrots, lower carbs and sugars, and reduce spicy food recipes to mild. That is only what I have done so far. I am still trying to find that happy medium. Anyone have any suggestions?
