Taken this afternoon. Unusually for this time of the year, we're having cloudy days and some (light) rain.
I'm going to put on another sweater....From the front door cam this morning.
We’ve got a good amount of wildlife in the neighbourhood (squirrels, raccoon, skunks, foxes, possums, rabbits, mice, rats, and birds) so after a couple of days there will be tons of tracks in that snow! It’s interesting, they definitely have specific corridors that they travel along.I like seeing all the little critter tracks in the snow!
My corridor, in that situation, would be helter-skelter to the warmest room in the house. It’s interesting, they definitely have specific corridors that they travel along.

Perhaps your garden is trying to make a suggestion!View attachment 142829
My backyard is really poorly drained (clay soil), so I tend to get a giant puddle/vernal pool in the back corner during spring melt. Sometimes, we get guests visiting!
One of my cats is absolutely transfixed. The other doesn’t care one bit!
