Once a week, the system will send you an email telling you what has been going on on CookingBites.
You will only receive this email if you have been active on CookingBites in the last 4 weeks, but you may not wish to receive them. There are 2 ways to stop receiving these emails.
All of these links lead to the same place and from here it is pretty simple.
The page will tell you if you are currently subscribed to to weekly digest and give you the choise to subscribe or unsubscribe and to Save your choice.
Make your choice and click Save and you are done
