A sandwich loaf, part bread flour, part whole wheat flour:
I like the big clay baker I've been using quite a bit, but it does mean I have to make very large loaves of bread. This one is made with seven cups of flour.

I did, but yeast is a lot more predictable. So I used up the starter in pizza dough.

Twisty bread - its one of my favourite ways to shape a loaf. The French toast looks delicious.
Didn't get it rolled as tightly as I should have, but it's still good:
