I'm hoping Wandering Bob sees this and responds, but I noticed there's no Last seen indicator for his account. He was certainly our most prolific bread maker last year, but it looks like he hasn't posted since February. :(

Did you do the scoring yourself, or was that already in the bread pan? Very artistic either way, but impressive if you did all that yourself!

I used a baneton - dead easy. You just do the final proving in the baneton and then tip it out to bake it. Like these:

I didn't get chance to vote in this one, but i make bread 2 or 3 times a week. orDer the moment, my sourdough isn't active so I'm making yeast breads just for simplicity. I'll add a photo of today's loaf later, but these are a few on my loaves from recent times.

I spent just about every waking moment on my bike last year (8311 kilometres cycled).

This year may be the same (target 9000km), but I'll try and find time to read posts on here, and to post a few things of my own too.
