I am so excited, this holiday for me is about the food. having a traditional Polish family we will have smoked polish sausage, pierogi, little clementine oranges, rye bread and chocolates. I may make hot German potato salad. Dinner is always very nice and easy to cook, I am wondering if anyone has any breakfast traditions, Polish or otherwise, for Christmas day. I would rather not spend the morning doing heavy cooking and dishes. Anything ideas for a light breakfast the kids can nibble at?
