Bright green smoothie. Green beans, mango and pineapple make a sweet smoothie without the added sugar.

Ingredients
2 cups kale
1 cup fresh green beans
1/2 cup cucumber
1 Tbsp fresh parsley
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
2 Tbsp limeade
1 cup water
tiny pinch kosher salt

Instructions
Add the frozen fruit to the blender first.
On top of the frozen fruit add your cucumber, green beans and limeade. The parsley and kale go on the very top.
Add one cup of water.
BLEND!
And blend again!
You want to make sure the kale is fully blended up which is why you give it a couple of whirls with the blender.
Add a tiny pinch of salt - this brightens the flavors. It is optional.
Pour into your glass.
Enjoy!

That actually looks quite nice (and I am a smoothie hater!). Limeade is the ingredient which stood out. Is that limeade as I remember it? I don't know - but I googled limeade American style and it seemed to be quite sugary - just like my memories of UK limeade (which was a version on fizzy lemonade). But the recipe says no added sugar.
However, there are only 2 tbsp of limeade - I almost wonder what its doing there :scratchhead:. I'd like to test run this one but I'm puzzled regarding the limeade and what type of limeade to add.
