On the jewish Passover, I cannot have Truvia, but can have Xylitol.
Truvia is meant to be 3 times sweeter than sugar. Xylitol is meant to be as sweet as sugar.
In my chocolate quinoa recipe, should I substitute 3 tbsp of Xylitol for 1 tbsp of Truvia or would this cause other effects?
I add the Truvia right at the end of the cooking as the flavour seems to diminish if I add it with the milk.
