I'm a fitness lover and I love foods that will give my training a boost. I tend to go for these cans of fish since they are easy to eat on a regular basis. I read somewhere that someone who is trying to get energy, instead of a energy drink they'll just buy a sardine can from a nearby store. It's a cheap source of omega's and healthy fats. Anyone object to this? I'd like to make sure I'm not risking what I hear is a source of high mercury levels!
