Ukranian Red Borscht

I just make a simple borscht. Beef broth, beets, potatoes, cabbage, carrot, onion. Sauté onion and carrot with a bit of tomato paste, then simmer everything until soft. Add garlic, salt, pepper and a splash of vinegar at the end. And i like to add a spoon of sour cream.
