Using cheap cuts of lamb

Lamb is very expensive, both in the UK and here in Spain, but this BBC Good Food blog post gives you lots of ideas for using cheaper cuts, along with recipes. I'm going to try the lamb biryani - I love a good biryani, and this looks really quick and easy.

Any more good ideas with cheap cuts of lamb?
