Using onion and garlic skins

I've been putting the outside layer, if greenish, in there also. Have to make a minute to dry and grind.

I've been adding the under outer layers too - the layers that you peel off bc they're drying out and too tough to put in the dish.

I've some baking to do tomorrow what with making some fudge and an onion tart so that'll be a good opportunity to dry them out.
