Wasabi?

I like wasabi in small amounts. I once made the mistake at a sushi restaurant( before I knew what wasabi was) of putting a large amount of it in my mouth. That was something not to be repeated! Believe me...using any more of a small amount of wasabi is undoubtedly a mistake! Unless you want to have burning in your mouth all night use small quantities.
