Wierd thing happened today, in the middle of the dry season.
It rained all day. Not tropical rain, but sort of "English" rain.

That happened here a few weeks ago.

I'm so glad that spring will be coming here real soon!! We've had a very rough winter this year!!!! As of late, I've been turning the heat on during startup of the car, going inside for a cup of coffee, then coming back to a nice & comfy toasty warm car, instead of feeling like I walked into a walk-in freezer where the temp inside is -54!!!!

Yep, 82F yesterday, windchill of 21F this morning…and colder tomorrow.

Windchill of -14C here. It’s supposed to get warmer next week, but rainy.

Everyone here is complaining so much about winter being back (we had a 1 week stretch of warm weather a few weeks ago) and I have to keep reminding people - this happens pretty much every year in March!

this happens pretty much every year in March!

It is about a month to 2 months early here.

This cold snap has dropped temperatures from +25C to 5C this morning.

Yesterday never got warmer than 11C, so here, it is not the normal (thankfully - because we feel like we have lost 3 months and need to light the fire - which is our only heating. Normally we don't light the fire until mid May and it is lit 24/7 until Mid October or so).

I have literally gone from harvesting figs (notorious for needing very warm tropical temperatures) to a frost overnight.

Yep, both of us are in tropical to sub tropical climates and in the Southern hemisphere.
Different continents though
