I've only really got one thing planned for this week.
My new chutney partners have come up with some "wonderful" pairings for cheese. Well I think there's been far too much AI ( A***hole intelligence) involved in the pairings ( gorgonzola with hot sauce?) but I'm not intending to burst their bubble, so I'm setting up a cheese-tasting session for them this week.
Never say no. Who knows, gorgonzola may work well with a little bit of hot honey...

Notice that fish is still up there. I just can’t bring myself to make it.
