What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy (2025)?

Not for the kitchen per se, but it involves food:

A plug-in fridge-freezer for the car…we have three road trips coming up, so this should prove useful, especially with bringing some specialties back from Pennsylvania next month.
I want one. We are making a trip to South Carolina in October and the resort has a full kitchen. I would like to just pack up some of whatever is in my refrigerator to take with us. Yeah they have grocery stores, but we don't check in until 4PM and I don't want to go grocery shopping after unpacking, so we will need something on hand for at least dinner and breakfast.

MrsT’s big thing is packing perishables to eat on the way up, sandwiches and such, and then bringing back perishables for home, like these little in-store meatloafs that a local butcher in Pennsylvania makes and freezes.

I have a small fabric cooler I pack water and sandwiches in for the trip and keep up front with us, then have a few coolers (1 big in the trunk and 1-2 smaller ones on the floor behind our seats). We generally eat a very small something like a bagel in the morning before leaving and then eat a sandwich at a rest stop on the way. It's only about 11 hours to the resort, but we will spend the night somewhere because I am the one driving and I can't drive 11 hours in one day anymore (plus I don't like driving at night). Generally we find a restaurant close to the hotel or just order a pizza from somewhere for dinner. We will want to bring home whatever leftovers from what we buy at the grocery stores and markets while there. It's a 2 week trip not including the 2 overnights on the way and back home.

I recently bought a 40 litre one.
Gonna come in handy for my trip next month where we will be days without villages and towns
I also got a solar battery, a couple of panels and a charge controller
