What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy (2025)?

I bought an all clad one of those and I hated it. The handle was too long and heavy so it would tip over and spill everything out onto the stove or wherever it was. I finally threw it away. Hope you have better luck than I did.
Now you tell me..lol...I'll have to keep that in mind. Thanks..

I''m going to hazard a guess that if you keep the pan full enough it will balance out the handle weight. Fingers crossed it works out well for you.

msmofet I can't remember if you have a gas stove or electric? Rocklobster, you have gas? I know that a lot of my small saucepans on my gas stove grates are a bit wobbly from time to time, but larger bottom saute pans are fine.

I’ve got to buy a new large salad spinner - I was negotiating mine out of cupboard and dropped it, and it broke the top.

It still works, but not quite the way it should.

Gas but all my other small pans are fine and have never tipped over. Not even my small one quart size.

I've never had one flip over, but the small ones do get a little imbalanced on my right front burner, which is my favorite burner to use.

Edited to ask: is your saucier pan a small one, then? Not a large one like I think Rocklobster bought?

These planned and bought in the one day I was at home as a treat before the next stint away.
Very pleased with them ‘Galaxy enamel’

I wish I had the strength to unsubscribe from the ‘Sous Chef’ website but I don’t, it’s my catnip 😂
