I notice you use a black staub for one of your courgette dishes and that contrast looks fabulous.

Thank you. Its pattern that can be a problem in food photos. I do like dark plates and pans and often used them. As you say, they are good with lighter coloured dishes but can also look good with dark and mysterious!

I'd been eyeing this mini loaf pan for a whiles

I just couldn't justify the cost for, well, what am I going to make?
Now I have.
I'm going to a get-together at our Community's Club House for a "Finger Food Exchange".
My choice of contribution is going to be Spam® Musubi.
In order to make multiples, this will do nicely I think.

I have also but I have mini loaf pans I make small lasagnas in. These are mini mini pans?

Honestly, I run softer cheeses through it like Monterey Jack as well. I just put it in the freezer for about 15 minutes before shredding/grating it.
