Great recipe (check about 5 minutes in for the tea thingy to appear)

See SEE her easily dusting the flour on the work surface - it’s not fair!

I use my tea ball for top dusting other spices too. I particularly like it for paprika.

I can never soft-boil an egg to my liking, but I have no issue with turning out (what I think are) perfectly fine poached eggs.

I use one of these for boiled eggs and they're pretty good. You stick it in the pan with the eggs and it will change color from the edge towards the centre to indicate the doneness. Doesn't matter what is the starting temp of your egg as well.

The little one is perfect for sprinkling flour. I keep it in a ziplock bag with flour in it as thats all I use it for.

I use a flour dredger like this. I just keep flour in it in the cupboard so its to hand and no washing up.

Me neither. I just know when they're done the way I want them. My internal timer is pretty right on...

Amazon have plenty. In fact I have two with different sized holes.

Hmm I have found not one but two where I used to keep the flour when we first moved here 24 years ago. Been meaning to sort that bit out for a while…
