What’s the next kitchen item you plan to buy (2026)?

8 inch hardwood rolling pin. Pizza and dumpling skin size 🙂

I have one very similar to this and I love it. I use it almost every day. Its counter space hungry but incredibly versatile. Many of the recipes I post here have been cooked using that, including pizza from scratch.

I don't use mine much since the AF is smaller but it flat out can cook a ham, probably a lot of things! I like that it has a glass bowl and you can see.

They are air fryers - convection ovens!
I collect vintage cookware and equipment and we've had a couple of those. Used them regularly on high setting for roasting chickens - fantastic! Loved the pyrex glass dish idea, but they both eventually died or rather the fan assemblies did. I was probably a bit hard on them but also think the plastic lid housing both heating element & fan had design flaws. Didn't know they still make them

Wow. How do you manage to bake pizza? I ended up only doing split chickens because I found that there wasn't enough bottom heat to brown anything well underneath. But perhaps makes and models differ a lot

I bought that one a long time ago. Early 2000'ish I think. I don't use it much since like Morning Glory said it's a counter hog.
