That could be cauliflower masala. But there is no cauliflower in this dish. It's not aloo matar either.

The ingredients are virtually identical to one of Madhur's recipes except I've used limes in lieu of lemons. I also vary some quantities from her listing.

And because of my pathetic inability to make and fold pastry, I use ready made Phyllo pastry sheets and form them into spring rolls (or rather my wife does).
