What are these Korean street sandwich condiments being used in this video?
Guessing, the one applied to the food on the griddle looks like yellow mustard.
And the ones put on the bread... maybe ketchup and honey?

But I'm assuming they are something Korean or Asian based?

I'm hoping with our international membership and members who travel, I can get some real life input.

Hard to say what the red and yellow sauces are. Egg drop sandwiches use a variety of condiments. The red might be ketchup or more likely, a chilli sauce. The yellow is probably some kind of mustard. However, there is a traditional coating for the bread which is condensed milk mixed with mayo. But the colour of that looks wrong... maybe it is mayo, condensed milk and ketchup mixed, for that final bread coating? 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, that's the problem with non-English speaking, or no speaking at all, videos on YT.
even if the video was just uploaded, it's pretty much a given anything you ask will get ignored by the channel owner.

I usually put Mayoracha (just what it sounds like) by Heintz on mine, but it would be nice to know what the real deal is.

You know, having researched this a bit more, I think you are correct that its honey being spread on the bread, PAcanis. It seems that South Koreans are very fond of honey indeed! Sometimes its mixed with mayonnaise or with chilli sauce.

But in terms of finding the real deal, I think there isn't one. Like many (most) dishes it varies in the ingredients used.

Someone in the comments asked for a full ingredients list but there was no reply. Maybe the question needs to be asked in Korean? Perhaps a job for google translate.

Honey and chili sauce would make a nice combo.

I've watched several of these egg toast street food sandwich videos. And just like I think like most people can agree there is no right way to top a hot dog, most people will agree that mustard and ketchup are the two popular condiments. It seems these egg toast sandwiches all have pretty similar condiments being squeezed onto them. Just like they all seem to use what I am guessing is shredded cabbage mixed in with the egg.
