A nearby Co-op had a delivery in last week, so I bought a couple. Only white bread mix though.

Baked a flan today and it's in the fridge to finish cooling for dessert tonight. Will be baking the rest of the pita dough from a few days ago to go with tonight's dinner.
Roasted Pepper & Cheddar Tart (or flan or quiche - whatever you choose to call it):
I made a half-batch of scones today. These remind me of those "evolution of Man" illustrations found in grade-school science books!

No, just a conventional oven. The oven has a fan setting, but I used it just once and didn't see what all the fuss was about.
Granted, this was a cobbled together recipe, designed to use up some buttermilk, and I always forget to mix in the raisins until after I've got it all shaped and ready to go, which means double the kneading, which usually spells doom for scones, so the fact that one out of four came out quite nicely, and one other is just a little drunk, I'm actually not that bothered with these.
That first one is the cathead, so those always look like that.

I've got loads now. I think I've stock-piled by mistake. I added it to several on-line orders not expecting to get it. Up until now the orders arrived minus the flour. Now it seems like flour is back on the shelves.
