What are your favorite types of Euro cheese?

There are soooo many wonderful cheeses, and one of my favourite things to do on holiday is to buy lots of different cheeses to try.

But if I had to choose an all time top 3 it'd be Long Clawson White Stilton, Cornish Yarg, and Lyburn Garlic & Nettle.

The British are certainly creative in naming your cheeses. I think I would have great time shopping for cheese there. I could stock up on Wensleydale, my favorite British cheese.
