What blends/ingredients are worth making myself?

I make my own bagel seasoning.
Recipe - Everything but the bagel seasoning
Was told by people here that they prefer this over the store bought variety.

I make my own lemon curd & cranberry sauce.

I also make my own pumpkin spice mix because it's not available here in the Netherlands.

I make:
Poultry Seasoning
Taco Seasoning
Herb de Provence
Pizza Seasoning
Greek-style Seasoning
BBQ Dry Rub
Infused & Smoked Sea Salt
Salt-free All Purpose Seasoning blend (think Mrs. Dash)
Jams & Marmalades
I "put up" Three Bean Salad & Dilly Beans & Stewed Rhubarb
Meyer Lemon Curd (wayyyyy better than an of the stuff in the market, IMHO)

I like to make my own sauces, dressings and dips. But I don't like to make herb mixes. When I'd to go all out, I would take my mortar and pestle and do some Asian or oriental seasonings, but the most customers are already satisfied with the standard seasonings and I guess 90% wouldn't know the difference.

Orange vinaigrette, just a few ingredients, and very pretty as well:
