Had a nice batch of beet greens from a few golden beets I picked up on Sunday at a local veggie stand..No Provolone..I was going easy on the cals...didn't even wash it down with a beer..must be getting old..

I found a new use for xni pec. It really put the "HOT" in the hot and sour soup! Three heaping Tbsp in each of my bowls!

Pimento cheese burgers on pretzel buns. There was also supposed to be bacon, but I forgot to put it on mine. Pimento cheese and buns are homemade.

My English breakfast this morning..no beans but good anyway
A homemade "TV dinner": comfort food. I had the night off but got started late, so I grabbed a couple of things from the fridge and pantry and made a quick, comforting dinner in about 5 minutes, and brought it up to my TV room.
IHot open turkey (cold cut turkey on white bread with jarred turkey gravy), StoveTop stuffing, and canned cranberry sauce.
