Tired of my usual breakfast so today, so far, I've made a half tub of beans. The recipe made two quarts so I eyeballed it down to 1/2 quart.

Agreed. I had collard greens as part of my breakfast the other day. That would raise eyebrows around here...

I eat whatever whenever.

My DH and I ate beans and rice with cheese and eggs on freshly made soft corn tortillas while in Mexico on vacation more than once. He likes it at home occasionally (without the tortillas).
