What did you cook or eat today (April 2026)?

Caesar salad tonight with smoked, reverse seared NY strips and homemade dressing... extra heavy on the anchovies and garlic, as I like it.

Cookout or cook in?
We went from beautiful weather to cold windy squally. No like wind.
In. BBQ grill is currently on its side with all parts shading the seedling sprouts. It's brutally bright already for the squash. My fav chili plants, the Buena Mulatas, even wilt a bit.
