I never made this again because Craig hated the mouthful of the quinoa, but it did taste good. It's been years, but I do still remember that I liked it.

Actually, I did make it again, used couscous now that I think more about it. I'll have to remember when poblanos are on sale.

It's one of those we go back to and have had since out days at university in the early 90's

The original has cheese in it i think. .

Yep, 100g or 4oz of a grated strong cheese that goes into the dumplings. Otherwise just switch dairy in for everything and you'll have the exact original recipe, which is unusual for me!
