I had a bit of yoghurt sauce left from the yoghurt challence.
I mixed it with flour and eggs to form a thick batter
Then fried and ate with a dipping sauce of lime juice, fish sauce and chili's

Both! I know it sounds weird. It felt really good. I'm planning on doing it today as well (3 straight days). The first bite of food after that long of a fast is simply....wow!
