Yes! Tomato plants are blooming and I've got around 3 gallons remaining in qt jars. That's okay because this time last year I had zero jars, of anything.I know that feeling....
I got pickles, piccalilli, aubergine a la nonna, pickles and more that I should eat.
But then I got fresh eggplants etc and I need to eat those first

I just love stuffed peppers. Extremely versatile; to be honest, you can stuff them with almost anything and they'll always be a success.
I really like stuffed poblanos so I'm trying to grow some this year. The ones in the store grow so there's not much room to stuff, maybe mine will be different.
That's what I love to do too, you get your sourdough perfectly toasted, with a bit of butter, a dusting of freshly microplaned parmesan, and break the yolk and let it soak into the nooks and crannies. It's literally the perfect bite.

They're size is okay they just have this indentation in the middle that "knocks out" stuffing space. If you cut them the other way then they're more like an envelope and not much room either.
