What did you cook or eat today? (December 2025)

I don't understand what getting tired of lamb chops means. Right rascal
Meaning - when I just had eaten too much of them - back then I would buy a couple of tray's of lamb chops, each containing 12 chops each, cook them up, have a couple hot and put the rest in the fridge to have cold later .... by the time I had finished them I needed something different, which was usually Fish and Chips with Potatoe Cakes and a few Steamed Dim Sims, Chinese, sausages and steak. Then the ritual would start all over again :D

Was never that I tired of them as a whole, just that I had too many at one time - how could ANYONE get tired of lamb chops for pete's sake that would be akin to getting tired of breathing :hyper: :)

Not much energy today, so my kind of basic meal

Salmon with teriyaki glaze, rosemary roast potatoes and green beans

I make those and generally have one in the fridge all the time. Here's one of mine.
Hi! Your link looks more like what we'd call a Brawn here in the UK.

The 'Scouse' dish I've made is a lamb stew where people from Liverpool get their nickname of being Scousers from - I believe it was originally served on board a lot of the ships that came to the Liverpool Docks.

Okay, I read Scouse as a typo thinking souse. 👍
