What did you cook or eat today? (December 2025)

I’ve been following a person with a Phd in nutrition, she said try to cook with water base more than oil, it’s better for you.
So today I’m going to stew pork in coconut juice, not milk. I will cook rice and have with steamed vegetables. It’s been a while since I cook rice, but today I will make a little extra so we can use the leftover for fried rice. I still have 5-6 small containers of ham from Thanksgiving in my freezer.

The good thing about
Lunch had to be improvised. No bread out and no avocado. It went to the chooks. It was passed its best. They'll enjoy that.

So hummus with extra (garam masala, garlic, cumin, coriander) and tofu, plus a separate rounded with peanut butter.
chooks - they'll pretty much anything :)
