2 cups of earl and two biscuits/cookies for me and the painter. Mr8 here for the day, he can't go to school as he has a slight cold. Lockdown rules still don't allow sick kids at school. He will chill with me. I'll do spaghetti for him later.

If you search for shakshuka, you will find some other recipes that have been posted at CookingBites since.

Your recipe is beautiful, flyinglentris. Having seen it again, I do want to pull all those elements together the next time I make Shakshuka.

I also posted a simple Shakshuka recipe later that year (I would be very surprised if MypinchofItaly doesn't have all these ingredients at hand).

A North African version of eggs in purgatory is shakshuka, which is something I make from time to time.

We make that too, except more often than not with kefta (tiny meatballs).

Carne Asada Fries: Carne asada, queso, salsa verde, pico de gallo, serranos, crema, cotija cheese, green onion, guacamole

Arabe: Flour pita, grilled chicken, ancho mayo, cucumber pico de gallo, spicy yogurt, mint

El Gringo: Cheddar quesadilla, ground beef, lettuce, ranch dressing, bacon, pico de gallo

I thought this was meant as a pun...I like puns a little bit more than I should, but I see now that you just transcribed the letters. Having said that, I do love this recipe.
