I included an Edamame bean, garden pea & soy yoghurt addition and a sweetcorn & soy yoghurt addition for variation

Today’s lunch - vegan tofu teriyaki bowl. It’s supposed to be made with broccoli, but the broccoli at the store was all sad and floppy so I used cauliflower instead.

Found sausage meat. Ok change of plans. Rissoles as eli will be here for the night. Double feed of bacon and scrambled eggs tomorrow morning as well. Bacon out as well.

That chicken looks perfect.

It got a little dark on the skin, but not by much, and the meat was juicy as can be.
