I think I had a bunch of them covered today with our three meals.
I made my Won Ton Mein Deluxe bowls for us each for supper ...

Last of the Torta del Casar.
It's been rotting in the fridge since before New Year, and I ate it all; a whole pound of it.
The last, unctuous piece was savoured with a glass of Merlot. Just bread, cheese and wine. Utter delight.
