Sunday family dinner. Haven't made this in a while. Lamb chop casserole it uses 1 littr my home made tomato sauce.
And 12 whole shoulder chops. They are tender as..I removed most of the fat and some of the bones.
Mash spuds frozen peas and mashed swede.
The casserole dish is pottery we bought about 25 or 30 years ago.

To get home from the big city, I drive through an area that always reminds me of mad max

Lunch: Last of some leftover pasta.
Lunch was tater tots that I tossed in melted bacon grease before baking, along with a side of the leftover Swedish meatball gravy for dipping.

Fresh Meyer Lemon Curd.
Some of it will become Lemon Meringue Pie ... saved the whites for late.
This is also lovely in yogurt, on toast or biscuit or the like, I've made darling little dessert cups with it ...

Took all the Thanksgiving platter leftovers out of the freezer, diced the ham, shredded the turkey, added some big chunky mirepoix, flour, stock all simmered in a dutch oven until thickened, then into an 8x8 baking pan and topped with panko, grated cheddar, fresh sage and butter. Topped and baked until golden brown and crispsy.
