Another Indian meal this weekend for 12 people; the client confirmed yesterday, so I wanted to get well ahead.
30 samosas, from scratch (pastry, filling, preparation)
Chickpea stew, Punjabi style
Gulab Jamun , again from scratch.
Tomorrow I'm making the sauces for a Keralan shrimp dish and for chicken dhansak.
I actually ate a plate of ramen with peanut sauce, and have just down a generous portion of Bavarian blue cheese.

I too made a satay sauce and it was dam good. Mentioned it to daughter and she wants me to make a double batch for her.
