I decided to try eat my way through my freezer meals.
Last night was left over potjiekos* with rice.
At least this was a meal I properly marked. Gonna be fun later on as labelling is not my strong point

*Sort of stew cooked in a 3-legged cast iron pot over charcoal or wood fire

Mine as well. Lots of mystery meat in there...

I have finally learned my lesson on that. Every time now that I start to stick something in the freezer and think I'll remember what that is, another part of my brain says no you won't! Label it.
