Instant polenta?Yes it is, I used the instant one, ready in less than 5 mins. I let it cool down a bit before proceeding with the assembly.

It shortens the cooking time since some of the water gets absorbed while it's sitting. You don't have to mind it as much!Ah. First time I hear this method. Like a sort of porridge. Maybe it’s because of the texture?
